We are excited to present you with the opportunity to be a participating vendor at our annual Vendor Event on May 1, 2021!

All Vendors Must Fill Out Contact Form Completely. 

Please give complete details of what you are selling, items, company name etc.  NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Keep in mind that this does NOT guarantee you a spot. Your spot is only secured after payment.

It is your responsibility to check the website and Peach Tree's Facebook and Event pages for updates!

Event may be subject to cancellation if COVID restrictions change.  

Event may be a drive-by shopping event and balloon pick up for kids.

Covid-19 has impacted our community financially and emotionally.


The Spring Vendor Event is an opportunity to reconnect with our community and provide your business an opportunity for standing out with excited customers after a long period of economic challenges.


At Peach Tree, we recognize that we are in phase 2 and that best practices for avoiding the negative impacts of Covid-19 must be followed. In order to support you as vendors as well as the safety of your customers, we will be following the recommended guidelines for phase 2 safety.


Additionally, the detailed information below communicates the different packages we are providing to advertise your business and its products and/or services.


Finally, the requirement for being a participating vendor is listed as well. After reviewing this material, you will find a link to a form to complete to become a participating vendor for the bazaar.

Pricing & Payment:

  • You select the size of the spot for your business. (slot size and prices vary)

  • You can either pay full price or bring a corresponding bag size of pet food. (extra is appreciated and highly welcomed!)

    • 8x8 - $35 or 10lb bag of small breed dog/cat food​

    • 10x10 - $40 or 15lb bag of small breed dog/cat food

    • 12x12 - $45 or 20lb bag of small breed dog/cat food

  • Upgrade and add $50 more to have your business name, website, and logo listed in our full page advertisement along with others on Friday, April 30th, 2021.

    • The deadline to upgrade to be included in the full page ad is April 10th. If you cancel after upgrading, $25 of your payment will be nonrefundable. 

  • Emailing or filling out the contact form does NOT guarantee you a spot. Only payment will secure your spot at the vendor event!

  • Payments must be submitted by April 21 or your spot will not be saved.

  • You can drop off payment at Peach Tree Retirement Center:

    • Tuesday through Thursday
      ​between 10:30am and 6:00pm.

    • Or: Call Barbara and arrange a time that works for you!

Vendor Guidelines:

  • Setup will be the day of the event.

  • Setup will be from 7:30AM to 9:45AM

  • Vendors must bring their own table, chair, hand sanitizer, mask, and lunch. 

  • All tables, tents and portable items over one pound must be secured/or weighted down.

  • All vendors must participate in the entire time of the bazaar, which opens at 10:30AM and closes at 3:30PM

  • No early breakdown of booths is permitted.

  • Vendors are encouraged to bring SWAG and information about their products and services.

  • Vendors will need to park up the road at their own risk. Peach Tree staff will be parking up the road as well.

  • All payments must be made in cash.

  • Sorry, but no pets are permitted.
